CINDY COX
CEO - FOUNDER - INDEPENDENT FACILITATOR
Cindy has spent the last 20 years supporting, advocating, and working for those in the Self-Determination program as well as those in traditional services. She has been an Independent Facilitator for the Self-Determination program since 2001. Cindy believes in cultivating a community where self-determination thrives for every individual. Known for her people skills, Cindy enjoys meeting new people, learning about them and supporting them to build a future that they envision. Cindy and her husband, Lee, live in beautiful Bishop, Ca.
ROMINA SOLORIO
CASE MANAGER - INDEPENDENT FACILITATOR
For the past five years, Romina has worked as an Independent Facilitator in the Self-Determination Program (SDP), supporting individuals and their families in creating person-centered plans that reflect their goals, needs, and dreams. She is passionate about empowering individuals to have greater choice, control, and independence in their lives while connecting them with resources and opportunities within their communities. She is also dedicated to serving the Spanish-speaking community by providing culturally responsive support and helping Spanish-speaking individuals and families navigate the SDP process with confidence and understanding.
CATHY BARKER
CASE MANAGER - INDEPENDENT FACILITATOR
Cathy is an Independent Facilitator with a background in the educational system and a passion for supporting individuals and families in reaching their goals. Her experience in education has helped her develop strong skills in advocacy, communication, resource coordination, and person-centered planning. She enjoys helping individuals build independence, connect with their communities, and create meaningful lives based on their unique interests and needs. She is committed to making the planning process supportive, collaborative, and empowering for every individual and family she serves.
KENDRA ARELLANO
CASE MANAGER - INDEPENDENT FACILITATOR
Kendra is an Independent Facilitator who enjoys helping individuals and families create plans that support independence, growth, and meaningful experiences in their communities. She brings experience in case management and person-centered planning and loves helping people navigate resources and turn their goals into reality. Outside of work, Kendra enjoys yoga, staying active, and spending time with her family.
CHANDRA ARELLANO
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Chandra is a caring and dependable Administrative Assistant who enjoys helping others and making a positive difference in their day . She takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities feel valued and respected. She is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside a wonderful team.
